Darren has suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder since he was 12 and was kidnapped. They never figured out who really did it because when they found him the house was empty and when they tried to ask him he started screaming and lashing out. He went to therapy and was prescribed every drug in the book to see if it would help. Nothing’s ever worked and as he’s gotten older his daydreams have gotten worse, have made him more violent when he’s stuck in them. His parents felt that keeping him at home was dangerous but they didn’t want to send him to an asylum so there last option was Lucca.

Andre grew up in a very high profile neighborhood, what with his mom being a therapist and his father being a State’s attorney. He led a nice life, he had plenty of friends, and he got along with everyone. Or he thought he did anyway. One day when he was coming home from school he found a racist message spray painted on the side of his house. His parents said that it was okay, that they’d called the police and they’d handle it but that wasn’t good enough for Andre. He wanted revenge. He needed it. He went behind his parents back to look into it. When he’d finally figured out who it was, it was a month later and his anger had built up so high that he couldn’t have stopped his fists pounding into the guy’s skull if he wanted to. When the police came for him the next day, in hopes of arresting him, he wasn’t there. He had already gone down to the station to turn himself in. The judge working his case decided to send him to Lucca in hopes that he would learn from his mistake.

All the talk from his father about how bad sex was to all the talk at school about how great sex was got Bryson really conflicted. When he was 17 he lost his virginity to a girl whose name he doesn’t even remember now. Ever since then he’s had as much sex as he possibly could. When his father found out he called Bryson a disgrace and demanded that he leave the house. But to keep his image safe he sent Bryson to Lucca and told everyone that his son was studying abroad. Now Bryson’s at Lucca and ready to meet the girls inside.

Landon has always been a star athlete. He’s always pushed himself harder than most. It’s not because his parents were hard on him, or because he was trying to live up to an older sibling’s reputation, he just always felt that he had to be the best. His need to be the best made him hard to be around, so he didn’t have a lot of friends. Eventually the pressure he put on himself got to be too much and he never felt good enough so he started buying steroids. Eventually, though, drug tests came around and he tried to get someone else to pee in a cup but he refused and ended up telling Landon’s coach. That ended up getting him kicked off the team and he begged his parents to send him away do he wouldn’t have to face his own failure. They relented eventually and Landon was sent to Lucca.

Elijah grew up in a house full of smokers so it wasn’t very hard to get his hands on a lighter. Or matches. Or anything that set fire, really. It started small, little fires set to paper that he extinguished immediately. But then it became more, it became an addiction. If he had a bad day, he started fire just to lose himself in it. When he had a good day, he started a fire so he could stare at the beautiful flames. He thought it was therapeutic. The thing about Elijah, though, is that he has a very short temper. Whenever somebody pissed him off, he lit something of theirs on fire. Which meant that a lot of people reported having their possessions burned to a crisp. Eventually they caught him in the middle of burning somebody’s jacket and his parents decided to send him to Lucca instead of paying the fine.

Kayden has always been good with technology, always been ever to figure out shortcuts and therefore always bested his older brother at video games, much to his dismay. But it wasn’t until he as 15 did his talent come in handy. When he was 15 he hacked into the school’s program to change his grades so his mom wouldn’t kill him. Of course then the adrenaline of breaking the law got to him and he started hacking into other things for no real reason. They were small things, hacked into certain people’s social networking profiles and maybe changed a little it of information around. But soon, that wasn’t enough. He started hacking into local government documents and e-mails. He was caught while hacking into the governor’s e-mail after, of course, successfully reading about all of the equality based e-mails.

Ryan Castinor was a joke to most of the town he lived in. This made it hard for him to make friends and by the time he was 12 he gave up on even trying. It wasn’t that people were rude to him, well not all of them, but they didn’t take him seriously and avoided conversation. They all thought he was crazy, to be honest. He was on enough medication to fill a pharmacy. This fact, being as well known as it was, drew the wrong kind of attention to him. He was approached by a couple of guys who asked if they could buy some of the drugs off of him. Desperate for the approval of these people, he agreed and then it became a thing. He was selling drugs left and right. Sometimes they made trades and he found himself with a load of pot. The police were tipped off that he had been dealing and busted him. They sent him to a trial and the court decided to send him to Lucca.

For the most part Zachary is a good guy. Like any seventeen year old boy though, he’s not perfect. Zachary had a good life up until about seven years ago when he lost both of his parents in a car crash he was in. He was the only survivor. So at the age of ten Zachary was sent off to live with his wealthy grandparents. School for Zachary wasn’t anything special, he was attractive and girls definitely noticed but only a few lucky girls were able to pull his attention. It was in Zachary’s freshman year that he was officially diagnosed with D.I.D, but he had been showing symptoms long before that. Specifically around the time of his parents death. There are a few certain things that trigger his change, but only he knows them. Mike is his name. Zachary’s other personality. Mike is the total opposite of Zachary. Selfish, manipulative, womanizer, and carefree would be the words that describe Mike best. He does what he wants when he wants and he doesn’t give a shit about anyone getting hurt in the process. It was Mike who pulled the stunt that got Zachary sent to Lucca. Mike had had a late night of drinking, drugs, and girls when he was on his way home and pulled a hit and run. He was caught the next day, and was sent to Lucca. The man who got hit wasn’t so lucky.

Growing up, Jake was the everyday punching bag to his four older brothers. So the day they all went off to college was the day Jake decided to start finding punching bags of his own. Jake was the type of guy who attracted trouble, even when he wasn’t asking for it. Which in all honesty was pretty rare. He fell for her at first sight, though everyone still believes he was only using her, he really did have very strong feelings for her. Leaving her at the crime scene was the hardest thing he had ever felt the need to do, though from her point of view, what he did looked pretty easy. Jake and his ex Gabriella were in the middle of their riskiest mission yet, when the police arrived. Without hesitation Jake took off leaving her there alone. He had gotten her into the illegal business, and she was paying for his mistake. It killed him to know that, but he’d never admit that. After Jake learned that she was taken away to some place he had never heard of, he continued on with his ways, and eventually was caught and sent off to Lucca too.

Jared’s father was a very successful businessman and he wanted nothing but a great future for his son as well. As much as he wanted Jared to make it as a professional athlete, he knew that if Jared continued doing the things he did, then there would be no bright future for him. So he sent Jared off to Lucca, hoping for his son to make a full and speedy recovery.
